Please arrive 30 minutes before your first treatment. That leaves time to check in, change, and soak in the warm mineral pool so your muscles are ready.

Just a swimsuit for the Creekside Bathhouse. We provide robes, sandals, towels, lockers and full toiletries, including hair dryers and straighteners.

Guests must be 16 or older for treatments and the circuit. Guests aged 16 and 17 need a guardian present and signed consent.

Yes. Tell us when you book and complete the health form. We adapt pressure, positioning, temperature and products, and will suggest alternatives where needed.

Undress to your comfort level. You are professionally draped at all times and only the area being worked on is uncovered.

Phones stay in lockers in the bathhouse and lounges so everyone can rest. You are welcome to use them in the lobby and garden courtyard.

Our garden cafe serves light lunches, grain bowls and fresh juices from 11 am to 3 pm. Tea, infused water and fruit are complimentary all day.

The spa house, treatment rooms and mineral pool are step free, with a pool lift and accessible showers. Let us know what would help and we will prepare.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged 50% of the treatment price. Couples retreats and spa days need 48 hours notice.

Gratuity is not included and is always at your discretion. Many guests leave 18 to 20% for their therapist, which can be added at checkout.

Never. Solace Sands gift cards can be used for any treatment, spa day, retail or membership and have no fees.

Groups of four to twelve can reserve the Garden Pavilion with a dedicated host. Call us or send a request through the booking form.

Three months, then month to month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days notice and use any remaining credits within 60 days.

Credits are personal, but guest passes and the discount apply to anyone you bring. Household members can add a second membership at 10% off.

Unused treatment credits roll forward for one to three months depending on your tier, so a busy month is never wasted.

Upgrade at any time and the new rate starts the next billing date. Members can pause once a year for up to two months, for travel or medical reasons.

Digital cards are emailed within a few minutes, with a printable PDF if you would rather hand it over. Boxed cards ship within two business days or can be collected from the spa house front desk.

Never. Solace Sands gift cards carry no expiry date and no fees, and any unused balance stays on the card.

Yes. Cards can be applied to treatments, spa days, the hydrotherapy circuit, retail and membership dues.

The recipient simply pays the difference at checkout. Cards can also be combined, so several people can contribute to one spa day.
