If you have never been, book an 80 minute Juniper Swedish massage or the Desert Glow facial. Both include the hydrotherapy circuit, so you get the full shape of a Solace Sands visit in about three hours.
Yes, with every treatment of 50 minutes or longer, on the same day. Arrive 30 minutes early to soak first, or stay afterwards until the bathhouse closes at 6:30 pm.
Most guests do. Our hosts will space them so you are never rushed, and a spa day package bundles the timing, lunch and circuit for less than booking separately.
Everyone is welcome. Roughly four in ten of our guests are men, and the bathhouse has separate changing rooms with a shared, swimsuit-required circuit.
Tell us when you book and complete the short health form. We adapt pressure, positioning, temperature and products, and will suggest gentler alternatives where that is safer.
