Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Cancellations and late arrivals
Treatments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Spa day packages and couples retreats need 48 hours. Inside those windows we charge 50% of the booked price. Arriving late shortens the treatment rather than the following guest's.
Health, safety and suitability
Spa treatments, heat and cold bathing support comfort and relaxation. They are not medical care, and nothing on this site diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. Please tell your practitioner about health conditions, recent surgery, medications and pregnancy, and speak with your doctor before using the sauna, steam room or cold plunge if you are pregnant or managing a cardiovascular condition.
Guests must be 16 or older for treatments and the hydrotherapy circuit. Guests aged 16 and 17 need a guardian present and signed consent. We may decline or adapt a treatment where we believe it would not be safe.
Gift cards and memberships
Gift cards carry no expiry date and no fees, are not redeemable for cash, and are valid on treatments, packages, circuit passes, retail and membership dues. Memberships run for a three month minimum and then month to month, cancellable with 30 days notice. Unused treatment credits roll forward for one to three months depending on the tier.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ.
