Whatever time you set out, aim to walk through the door 30 minutes before your treatment. That half hour in the warm mineral pool is not a courtesy, it is part of the treatment: warm muscles take deeper work and your therapist can do more with less pressure.

About 4 min to our studio in normal traffic. Add a buffer on spring and fall weekends, and arrive 30 minutes before your treatment so you have time to change and soak.
Yes. A two hour circuit pass is $65 Monday to Thursday and $85 Friday to Sunday, limited to 18 guests per window so it never feels crowded.
A swimsuit for the bathhouse. Robes, sandals, towels, lockers and toiletries are provided, including hair dryers and straighteners.
Sometimes, for the circuit. Treatments are almost always booked ahead, especially on weekends, so call the front desk before you drive over.
